General

The Northeast Qualifier is a 3 day National Qualifier, held in Philadelphia, and will distribute Open, USA, and American bids. All teams must be registered on AES, paid in full and meet the hotel requirements before the deadline to be accepted into the tournament.  Please note that divisions may fill prior to the deadline date.

This event is a stay to play tournament. Any team traveling further than 60 miles must secure a minimum number of rooms through EM2 Housing. Rooms must be booked through the housing website for team qualification and rooms booked directly through hotels will not apply.
