In August 2025, the Pennsylvania Convention Center and the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau (PHLCVB) launched a new Alliance Sales Model, streamlining sales operations to provide a unified, client-focused experience. Under this enhanced approach, the PHLCVB will lead all sales activity at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, creating a single point of contact from initial inquiry through contract. Clients will benefit from a “one-stop-shop” process with faster response times, greater coordination, and stronger connections with hotels, vendors, and partners across the region.
