Several Haverford High School students were among the young women who came to Philadelphia last week to represent their school at the Young Women's Program at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women.

Students Brianna Blair, Amelia Durfee, Anna Jones, Grace Shevchenko, Maggie Given, Caroline Roberts, Sarah Lajeunesse and Annabelle Lint went to the Philadelphia Convention Center on Thursday, Oct. 6 to take part in the Young Women's Program at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women.

The young female leaders joined over 250 junior and senior girls from 22 local school districts to participate in the unique program enabling our next generation of leaders to hear from dynamic speakers, engage in leadership seminars and exchange ideas.

After 13 years, the conference attracted over 9,000 attendees at the Philadelphia Convention Center.
