WSF-Liberty Bell Classic Championship

DATE: Saturday, February 16, 2019
LOCATION: Pennsylvania Convention Center
Hall C (2nd Floor)
TIMES: Doors Open @ 8:00am
Competition @ 9:00am-4:30pm

WSF is widely recognized as the original "Innovators" in the cheer and dance industry. Founded in 2001, the original company vision was to offer high quality events for coaches, by coaches.
WSF has a long track record of industry firsts. In 2004, we were an inaugural company member of the NACCC and in 2005 we hosted the first "bid event" for all our championship clients in Las Vegas that was a culmination of that competition season, and a true “Championship of Champions.” WSF was also the first company to bring “FREE” admission to the spirit industry. Parents, coaches and cheerleading enthusiasts everywhere raved about this initiative and many other event producers have followed suit with free admission programs since that time.
Our belief that technology could be better used to enhance the competitive experience of our clients led to the creation of our WSF digital scoring system.
2006 marked the year of our $50,000 cash prize give away. Teams from all over the United States competed at multiple WSF events for an unprecedented cash reward.
In 2007, with the global green movement at an all-time high WSF once again looked to technology to provide greater customer service by offering the 1st ever online registration process for our events. With less paperwork to complete, and an integrated process competing with WSF was now easier than ever before, and again our competitors followed our lead changing the way teams register for events industry wide.
In 2008 and 2009, we shifted our focus to the judging component of our championships. We were determined to elevate this crucial part at competitive events. Not only did we develop the first ever comprehensive scoring ranges that followed the USASF Guidelines and then in 2009, we introduced and created first ever judges visual voice critique for coaches.
As we approach our first decade of providing high quality, state-of-the art competition experiences for the world's best cheerleaders and dancers one thing remains certain. WSF remains the “Innovators in Cheer and Dance”!

Pink Invitational - Unite for HER

DATES: February 22-24, 2019
LOCATION: Pennsylvania Convention Center-Halls D & E, Rooms 115-126
INFORMATION: https://uniteforher.org/events/pink/

When Unite for HER founder Sue Weldon was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004, she began searching for information on therapies that would complement the medical treatments she was receiving. What she discovered was a lack of easily accessible resources on topics like nutrition, acupuncture, massage, yoga, counseling and other ways for breast cancer patients to enhance their wellness and care for their emotional, spiritual, and physical needs.
Since its establishment as a nonprofit organization in 2009, Unite for HER’s cornerstone has been to bridge that gap for breast cancer patients, focusing on wellness initiatives that will positively impact their health, as well as the health of all women and girls.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between the medical and wellness communities by funding and delivering complementary therapies that support the physical and emotional needs of those with breast cancer during treatment and beyond. We educate our women and the community about the role of healthy lifestyle choices in the prevention of disease and the promotion of wellness.
In 2009, with the support and partnership of AJS Pancott Gymnastics, Unite for HER created the Pink Invitational~Gymnasts Unite fundraising and outreach event. The Pink Invitational unites gymnasts in a USA- sanctioned meet where athletes compete in a sport they love while supporting breast cancer initiatives and learning about the importance of lifelong wellness.
Each year over 3,000 gymnasts participate and 10,000 attendees gather in unity to honor and celebrate the lives of those touched by the disease. Be assured that 100% of the net proceeds from this meet go directly to caring for the physical and emotional needs of breast cancer patients in the local and gymnastics communities.

We believe that every baby deserves the best possible start. Unfortunately, not all babies get one.
We are changing that. From advocacy to education to research, we’re working to level the playing field so that all moms and babies are healthy. Because when a society supports every family, the future is brighter for us all. And when communities work together, even the toughest problems can be solved.
Through partnerships with companies, organizations and individuals, the March of Dimes is able to create unique moments for your clients, vendors and leadership teams. They participate in an exclusive dining event while supporting a critical cause. Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels for our events, providing you with brand recognition, civic engagement and an exclusive client entertainment opportunity within the event. We look forward to working with you to discuss your partnership with the March of Dimes. Please contact our team Alexis Moyer.

LOCATION: Pennsylvania Convention Center-Rooms 115 through 118 (First Floor)
INFORMATION: https://www.terrapinn.com/conference/world-drug-safety-us/index.stm
The World Drug Safety Congress Americas for over 10 years has served as the only commercially focused event for the pharmacovigilance community. In 2018, we were proud to be the only event to gather over 30 Global Heads of PV from the leading pharmaceutical companies including Merck, Novartis, Roche, Pfizer, Astellas, Boehringer Ingelheim, CSL Behring, Alnylam, Shire, Kite-Gilead, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Zogenix, Intarcia, GlaxoSmithKline, Quark, Portola, Celgene, Keyrus, Taimei, Fibrogen and Genzyme.

Due to overwhelming demand from the community we will be adding a predictive safety and medical device focus to the event. We will also include perspectives on global pharmacovigilance from stakeholders outside the U.S.

We know we had to turn away some great firms that wanted to showcase some fantastic solutions as we did not have enough space in 2018. If you reach out to us now we will be able to get you sorted for 2019 in the agenda or on the exhibition.
The 2019 event will also feature a new venue to accommodate the rapid growth we had this past year. Join over 500 of the leading stakeholders in the drug safety industry as we gather on April 15-17th at the Pennsylvania Convent

Philadelphia Habitat Meeting

DATES: April 30, 2019
LOCATION: Pennsylvania Convention Center-Ballroom A & B
INFORMATION: http://www.habitatphiladelphia.org/luncheon

Locally, our mission is to transform lives and our city by building and repairing homes in partnership with families in need, and uniting all Philadelphians around the cause of affordable housing. Our vision is a city where all Philadelphians live in safe, affordable homes.
Globally, our vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Our global mission statement: Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.

Since 1985, Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia has built or sold 213 affordable homes to first time homeowners in Philadelphia. The organization has strategically partnered with more than 500 families to make critical home repairs.

Each year, luncheon guests are inspired by the powerful stories of families who have built brighter futures for themselves through Habitat. Your support helps us build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.

In 2018, we raised $396,032 to keep Habitat building and repairing even more homes in partnership with families in need, but it doesn't end there. In 2019 we intend to raise even more critical dollars to support Habitat families through building and repairing homes. We hope to see you at the Pennsylvania Convention Center this May!

The American Society for Reproductive Medicine was founded by a small group of fertility experts who met in Chicago in 1944. Distinguished members of ASRM have led the development of the field of reproductive medicine. They were the first physicians to perform many of the standard procedures used by fertility specialists today, including donor insemination and in vitro fertilization; they have developed new approaches to contraception and ovulation induction that are still in use; and they have helped form key legislation and fought for reproductive rights when public policy in reproductive matters did not exist.
Today, ASRM members reside in all 50 of the United States and in more than 100 other countries. The Society is multidisciplinary, with members including obstetrician/gynecologists, urologists, reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, mental health professionals, internists, nurses, practice administrators, laboratory technicians, pediatricians, research scientists, and veterinarians. The ASRM has an administrative office in Birmingham, Alabama, and a public affairs office in Washington, D.C. Policy is set by an elected Board of Directors and implemented by an Executive Director and an accomplished staff.
