What is the Exhibitor Visibility Package?
The Exhibitor Visibility Package is a new initiative that provides maximum exposure
for your company while you exhibit here in Pennsylvania. Your company will be displayed throughout the center on our TV Systems which are located in our high attendee traffic areas. This is a great way to display your company’s products or services throughout the Convention Center during your event. In addition, we will give you a complimentary Apple iPod nano so you can use it as a giveaway or for a drawing in your booth to help you maximize the attention your company desires while exhibiting during your event.
How does the Exhibitor Visibility Package Work?
After you sign up for the EVP, one of our technical experts will contact you. All we need is your company’s logo in a picture format, some information about the products and/or services you will be exhibiting, your booth number and we take it from there. We’ll set up your Ad Panel, send you a link for approval and when your event begins, your company will be displayed throughout the Center’s TV Systems located in high traffic areas. Your Company’s Ad Panel will display throughout each day of your event maximizing your potential to get the customers you need to your booth! We will also give you a complimentary Apple iPod Nano for your use as a giveaway, contest or whatever it takes to get the contacts and maximize your return for participating in this great initiative.
