Is there a document which gives me an overview of rules and regulations?
You are in luck! Yes, there is. It is called our Plan of Operations. You will find a copy of it on our web site under event services.

Do you skirt head tables and cloth meeting tables?
Our set up team skirts head tables, and ARAMARK/SFS will cloth meeting tables if you request it of them. Our head table skirts are provided with our compliments, table linens for meeting room set ups are charged for by ARAMARK/SFS. Table linens for meal services are provided with ARAMARK/SFS' compliments.

Is there a charge for staging?
Yes and no. If you are using our existing stage in our beautiful ballroom, the stage is provided free of charge. Otherwise, pending your needs, you may incur a fee for stages. Please consult with your event coordinator to determine this charge.

Do you supply water stations in or outside of the meeting rooms?
We supply complimentary water for all head tables. Additional water services are provided at a charge through ARAMARK/SFS.

Can we place signs on the podiums? Yes.

Is there a charge for podiums? No.

What is the charge for re-keying a room? How many complimentary keys do we receive when re-keying a room? What is the fee for lost keys?
The charge for re-keying a room is $60.00 and we provide two keys with this fee per re-keyed room. Additional keys are $10.00 each. Should you or a person on your staff not return a key the corresponding lost key fee is $60.00 per room. We will ask you to sign for all keys.

Do you have CAD drawings of all of your meeting rooms?
Yes we do, and we will happily supply them to you.

Are there charges for changing the room set up?
Yes there are, and they vary by room size and by an event's complexity. The wisest course of action is to speak with your event coordinator to assess what your change over fees will be.

Do you have reader boards? We do not.

Who is the food provider at the center?
The food service company is ARAMARK/SFS. They have the exclusive food service contract at the center for all food and beverage services. You may reach the Director of Sales for ARAMARK/SFS at 215-418-2233.

Who is the audio visual service provider?
The audio visual service provider is Visual Sound. This is not a fully exclusive contract, although Visual Sound does have exclusivity over our sound systems and full exclusivity for events occurring in our lecture hall. Their telephone number is 215-418-2316.
