The Pennsylvania Convention Center's outstanding Event Services team is ready and waiting to help you plan your meeting—from efficiently organizing site visits to facilitating labor and production meetings to ensure you get what you need. Curious to know what 15 round tables and a registration table will look like in one of our rooms? Our CAD technician will create a virtual to-scale design of your desired layout.
Once here, the team will act as a one-stop-shop for all of your event needs. Whether it's security, engineering, labor or food and beverage—we'll provide you with a primary point of contact so you don't have to deal with different departments. From deliveries to floor plan approval guidelines to changeover charges, we're here to help you navigate your way to a perfect event.
