Virtual Attendance allows you to increase attendance and revenue numbers by expanding your presentation or event to individuals who otherwise could not attend. VA also allows you to improve the experience of onsite attendees by allowing them to review sessions they attended or view sessions they could not attend due to time conflicts.

Webcasting:

Webcasting is the simplist form of Virtual Attendance. It allows remote attendees to hear the presenter and see the presentation. We can provide you with audio, presentation capture, and hosting of the webcast.

Sessions on Demand:

Sessions on Demand combines Video Webcast with Session Recording. By hosting the recorded session only, we can give both remote and onsite attendees the ultimate in flexibility.

Video WebCast:

Video Webcasts are similar to webcasting, but the remote attendees also see the presenter.

Video Distribution:

With our Cisco Video Distribution Network, we can capture and distribute up to High Definition quality audio and video from any live or recorded content from any location. This is great for meeting overflow, general sessions, broadcasts, and streaming of HD content of national events.
