Where is the business center located?

The Business Center and Gift Shop are located on the Exhibit Hall Level between Exhibit Halls B & C.

Can I get color copies made at the Business Center?

Yes, color copies are available.

Can I print in color from your computer workstations?

Yes.

Can I print my Boarding Pass at the Business Center?

Yes, we have dedicated boarding pass computers complimentary for our customers.

What shipping services do you provide?

We have UPS and Fed Ex service available for our customers.

Can I bring pre-labeled and packaged boxes for shipment using our company's UPS account?

Yes, we will hold your pre-processed packages for the UPS driver for a small handling fee.

Can we use our company's UPS account if we don't have pre-made UPS labels?

Yes.

What if we don't have an account with UPS?

We can weigh and label your packages for you, and accept payment directly - your cost is based on the weight, destination, and type of service requested.

Do you have USPS services? Where can I leave U.S. mail?

Unfortunatley we do not. There is a USPS Mailbox located in front of the PCC on 12th and Arch Street. The nearest post office is located on 9th and Market Street about 3 blocks from the front entrance of our facility.

What forms of payment can you accept?

We accept payment by cash, company check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Does the Business Center make business cards?

Yes, we can help you with Business Cards.

Can you print me large signs for my poster sessions?

The largest sign we can create for you is 11 X 17.

What other services do you offer at the Business Center?

We offer photocopying, fax services, office supplies, souvenirs, postcards, soda, water, juice, candy & snacks, gum, mints, and other sundries.

What are the Business Center hours of operation?

Business Center hours are based on event schedules. Our Business Center is usually open from the start to the close of each event day.
