The Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority (PCCA) is proud to introduce our own in-house Audio and Visual Services department. Meeting planners come to Philadelphia as the leader among other convention centers that provides premier, value added meeting services along with state of the art technology, at a fraction of the cost.

Now meeting planners can also realize a significant cost savings by reducing the cost of shipping equipment and by using the newly created in-house Audio Visual services for their presentation service needs.

The PCCA Event Technology team will offer consultation and deliver expert service. Our primary focus will be on meeting presentations, seminars and break out sessions. We will also work closely with your AV contractor for more grand scale productions. PCCA will offer rental of AV equipment to address all facets of your event needs.

In addition to offering traditional in-house audio, video, computer, High Speed Internet and utility services, the Event Technology Solutions team also plans to offer webcasting and teleconferencing services, audience response polling systems, and sponsorship opportunities for digital signage and wireless technology in the not too distant future.
