The PA Convention Center's Business Center is state of the art! Our Business Center provides a multitude of services ranging from shipping services to Computer and Internet Services during your event. Find out more here.
Is WiFi available? If so, how much does it cost?
Yes, WifFi is available throughout all the concourse areas and meeting rooms in
the facility. Our wireless access is automatic, all you have to do is connect to SSID "PCCA", select your payment options and go online. The cost is $100 per day and $300 per event.
Who is in charge of the audio/visual aspects for an event? What should I do if I need lighting?
Our Event Technology Solutions is the on-site audio-visual and theatrical staging services partner.

Are phone lines available with multi-line sets?
Yes, up to 6 lines can be programmed on each multi-line instrument.
Is long distance available?
Yes, long distance is available. Additional charges apply to International calls.
Is ISDN service available?
Yes, ISDN is available and provides transmission of voice, data and video.
Multiple ISDN circuits can be linked for teleconferencing broadcast worldwide.
What are the different internet options that I could choose from?

How do I arrange for electrical service in my exhibit booth?
Convention & Meeting Services provides utilities for all events at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC), including electric, gas, and water. You have the option of purchasing their services on-line or phone.
